Tom Redmond has more than 30 years of HR and organizational leadership experience, building on an early career in Alaska’s oilfields. He has led HR functions across oil and gas, construction, technology, and natural resource sectors, bringing field knowledge into strategic workforce development. Tom holds degrees in psychology and HR development, and serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Alaska. He is also a former president of the Petroleum Club of Anchorage.
