Shallow Draft Fuel Delivery
The Vitus fleet consists of equipment specialized for the challenging environment of Alaska. We provide service along the Alaska Coast from Sand Point to the North Slope, and out of the Aleutian chain, as well as the Yukon, Kuskokwim, and Bristol Bay river systems.
Our primary equipment are ATB (articulating tug and barge) combinations which travel faster and are better able to handle the rough Alaska weather than traditional tug and barges. Our fuel barges are also configured to handle dry cargo on board at the same time which allows us to provide fuel and freight services to meet our customer’s needs.
